Currently the Netherlands is requiring travelers returning to the country from Costa Rica, the following:
- A negative result of a COVID-19 test
- The test must be taken within the previous 72 hours of your arrival.
- Allowed tests are:
- PCR;
- RT PCR;
- LAMP;
- TMA;
- mPOCT.

- 10-day quarantine
- Authorities require all returning travelers to quarantine for 10 days after their arrival. After 5 days, travelers are allowed to retest to shorten their quarantine.
