Nayara Gardens Renovations Update
En relación a las renovaciones que se están llevando a cabo en Nayara Gardens, queremos enviarles una actualización sobre el estado de las áreas comunes y servicios adicionales
• El restaurante Asia Luna estará cerrado debido a trabajos de remodelación. Este restaurante permanecerá cerrado hasta el 16 de diciembre.
• El restaurante La Terraza estará abierto solo para cenar, de 7 a 10 p. m., y ofrecerá un menú reducido. Esta modalidad se mantendrá hasta el 11 de diciembre.
• El área de la piscina también estará en proceso de renovación y permanecerá cerrada por el momento.
• Los Jardines de Recepción de Nayara permanecerán cerrados hasta el 4 de diciembre. Por el momento, continuamos con el proceso de la siguiente manera:
Durante este período, los check-ins en Nayara Gardens se llevarán a cabo de la siguiente manera:
• Si la reserva es solo para adultos mayores de 18 años, el check-in se realizará en Nayara Springs.
• Si la reserva incluye menores de 18 años, el check-in se realizará en Nayara Tented Camp.
Para garantizar que los huéspedes que se alojen en Nayara Gardens no se vean afectados por el ruido de la renovación, hemos bloqueado y no asignaremos las habitaciones afectadas a ningún huésped.

Los Altos Resort New Villas and Townhouses
The standalone Villas at Los Altos Resort have been meticulously designed to provide an exquisite and serene retreat, making them the perfect choice for couples seeking a deluxe getaway.

Townhouses offer an ideal combination of comfort and privacy. It’s important to emphasize that the Townhouses room category is specifically designed for adults, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil environment for couples or solo travelers seeking a nature-filled escape.

Duplex design with 2 floors, covering 90 m2. The upper floor features a bar, living and dining room areas, a half bath, and an ocean-view balcony.
The lower floor includes a bedroom, a full bathroom with a makeup desk, and a jungle and ocean-view balcony with a private infinity plunge pool.
Rio Perdido Hotel New Heliport and other news
This space has been carefully designed to provide guests with an exceptional arrival experience.
The new heliport is one of the few officially recognized in the region in compliance with all the requirements of the National Directorate of Civil Aviation.
It is strategically located within the property to provide quick and direct access to Rio Perdido.
Center Bungalow King
Improvements have been made to Center rooms, unifying Center King and Center Queen under one category. The Center Bungalows now have a King bed and can be configured in the following ways:

1 King bed + 1 single bed
1 King bed + 2 single beds
It is important to indicate your preferred configuration when booking. The maximum occupancy remains 4 pax.

This property remodeled the façade of the hotel and the entrance lobby, giving it a modern and welcoming style, all with the aim of improving the experience of clients.
New category: Forest Superior
These new rooms are surrounded by beautiful gardens and immersed in trees, in a natural, quiet and comfortable environment. The design is focused on those who love nature and want a cozy space to rest.

Ninta Beachfront Bungalow
Ninta means beach in the Chorotega language.
*2 adults maximum – (children under 12 years old are not allowed)
800 square feet of luxurious space with spacious terraces, a private 10′ x 10′ pool, hammocks, king bed and double indoor/outdoor shower. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to stunning ocean and sunset views.
In total we have 5 units that are as close to the beach as legally allowed in Costa Rica, with direct access to the sand and surf.
Manti Bungalow
Manti means tree in the Chorotega language.
*2 adults maximum – (children under 12 years old are not allowed)
800 square feet of luxurious space with spacious terraces, a private 10′ x 10′ pool, hammocks, king bed and double indoor/outdoor shower. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to stunning ocean and sunset views.
In total we have 6 units with views of the gardens. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a memorable honeymoon.
Nanku Suite
Nanku means home in the Chorotega language.
