Nayara Gardens Renovations Update
In relation to the renovations that are being carried out at Nayara Gardens, we want to send you an update on the status of the common areas and additional services.
• Asia Luna Restaurant will be closed due to remodeling. This restaurant will remain closed until December 16.
• La Terraza Restaurant will only be open for dinner, from 7 to 10 pm, and will offer a reduced menu. This Modality remains until December 11
• The pool area will also be undergoing renovations, and will remain closed for the time being.
• The Nayara Reception Gardens will remain closed until December 4, for the moment we continue with the process as follows:
During this period, check-ins at Nayara Gardens will be carried out as follows:
• If the reservation is only for adults over 18 years of age, check-in will take place at Nayara Springs.
• If the reservation includes minors under 18 years of age, check-in will take place at Nayara Tented Camp.
To ensure that guests staying at Nayara Gardens are not affected by noise from the renovation, we have blocked and will not be assigning the affected rooms to any guests.

Los Altos Resort New Villas and Townhouses
The standalone Villas at Los Altos Resort have been meticulously designed to provide an exquisite and serene retreat, making them the perfect choice for couples seeking a deluxe getaway.

Duplex design with 2 floors, covering 90 m2. The upper floor features a bar, living and dining room areas, a half bath, and an ocean-view balcony.
The lower floor includes a bedroom, a full bathroom with a makeup desk, and a jungle and ocean-view balcony with a private infinity plunge pool.
Rio Perdido Hotel New Heliport and other news
This space has been carefully designed to provide guests with an exceptional arrival experience.
The new heliport is one of the few officially recognized in the region in compliance with all the requirements of the National Directorate of Civil Aviation.
It is strategically located within the property to provide quick and direct access to Rio Perdido.
Center Bungalow King
Improvements have been made to Center rooms, unifying Center King and Center Queen under one category. The Center Bungalows now have a King bed and can be configured in the following ways:

It is important to indicate your preferred configuration when booking. The maximum occupancy remains 4 pax.

This property remodeled the façade of the hotel and the entrance lobby, giving it a modern and welcoming style, all with the aim of improving the experience of clients.

These new rooms are surrounded by beautiful gardens and immersed in trees, in a natural, quiet and comfortable environment. The design is focused on those who love nature and want a cozy space to rest.

Ninta means beach in the Chorotega language.
*2 adults maximum – (children under 12 years old are not allowed)
800 square feet of luxurious space with spacious terraces, a private 10′ x 10′ pool, hammocks, king bed and double indoor/outdoor shower. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to stunning ocean and sunset views.
In total we have 5 units that are as close to the beach as legally allowed in Costa Rica, with direct access to the sand and surf.
Manti Bungalow
Manti means tree in the Chorotega language.
