This program was created to reduce traffic accidents, which kill over 1.3 million persons yearly.

As owners of one of the biggest tourism transport fleets, Swiss Travel has worked closely since 2010 with Costa Rican government to promote a safe destination to our visitors.

Swiss Travel has developed and executed internal protocols, including staff training, thus reducing accidents within the company. Externally, we have created educational programs for students from schools near our headquarters.

Thanks to these efforts, we achieved the Gold Category level, the highest possible in this program, while showing our efforts to other companies applying to this recognition.
