Starting September 1st, Costa Rica will reactivate cruise tourism for the 2021-2022 season.

As a requirement, cruise lines must guarantee complete vaccination against COVID-19 virus for all crew members, and 95% of passengers who are of age to be vaccinated. Additionally, cruise passengers must complete the epidemiological form Health Pass (available at salud.go.cr), 72 hours before their arrival to our country.

Permitted vaccines are those authorized by the National Commission of Vaccination and Epidemiology, and the last dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure.

Our Cruise Ship Department is currently working in reinforcing all protocols and setting up all tours and activities travellers want to experience while in Costa Rica. Should you have further questions or want to have more information, please reach your account manager.
