The Manuel Antonio National Park is full of beach vegetation, lagoons, mangroves, 109 species of mammals and 184 species of birds. One of the most important attractions of the park is Punta Catedral, which is a cliff covered with forests; It was an island in the past, but now it is connected to the coast by a narrow strip of land. This land bridge is the backbone that separates the two most popular beaches in the park: Espadilla Sur and Manuel Antonio.
In Manuel Antonio you will enjoy a charming combination of tropical forest, beaches and coral reefs; all providing a home for sloths, iguanas, monkeys and millions of colorful sea creatures.
