I wanted to let you know that we had a very nice tour with Javier and Luis after leaving our Crystal cruise. The van was extremely comfortable, since we were not sharing it with anyone else.

Javier was an excellent guide, and Luis managed to make the miles fly by on the route to San Jose.

He went out of his way on numerous occasions to share various things with us. He was very flexible, interesting, accommodating, and posses a great sense of humor. He is a tribute to your organization.

Francisco, while somewhat handycapped due to a language barrier, has a great sense of humor and was a delightful companion on this trip.

Both are outstanding representatives of the wonderful Ticos.

I have a number of clients who are interested in travel to Costa Rica and after the feed back from our group, I am sure there will be more. After our positive experience with your company, I would consider Swiss Travel first before contacting any other operator. Just a quick note to say THANKS for making my family and me (10 of us) so happy and comfortable on our recent tours in Costa Rica.

Our tour guide Alan felt just like a member of our family (maybe, even better!). We can not stop talking about our fabulous experiences with Alan there to make us feel protected, safe and so happy. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, easy to be with and really just an all around great guy.

I should have known that the name Jose would be very popular. I appreciate you making sure that our message is delivered to the correct person. We traveled with the Riverside BiLo group arriving in Liberia airport on Saturday, January 27 and left from the Paradise Playa Conchel Resort on Friday February 2 (which was fabulous).

Another bit of information that might help you to track the right Jose is that our group used a travel agent located in Wisconsin called Creative Travel. The agents name was Ron Officer.
Jose took care of our groups stay at the resort informing us of the tours available and sharing the rich culture, geography, and important information about your diverse, beautiful country.

Quote Omar (guide) did a splendid job, knowledgeable on all aspects: ecology, political, environment etc mixed in with info on common issues like the monetary , financially species of flora and fauna. Brought personal insights to his presentation, delivered with passion. Good fluency in English, no bad accent, vocabulary, appropriate to topics and audience level of understanding on a vast range of topics highly recommended, we are glad we opted for this tour.

And also guests who left the Off the Road tour yesterday and walked over to Chris and myself to mentioned how outstanding awesome how great the guides were made their day, incredible experience it was an exceptional day yesterday.

Greetings:

I just had to take a few moments to let you know that we recently had the distinct pleasure of having Daniel Arias as our tour guide in a port visit to Costa Rica last week.

We opted to take the arial tram as one of our excursions offered by the Coral Princess, who we were cruising with. During the 2-hour bus ride to the tram, Daniel was extremely articulate, friendly and went out of his way to explain the history of the area and show us tourists a few things I am sure other guides do not usually bother to do.

Because of the extra measures he went to make this excursion memorable, this particular touring experience with Daniel rates as one of the highlights of our trip! In contrast, on an excursion I went on by myself in the Grand Caymans, a tour guide I had pointed out such things as hotels and a gas station as attractions.

I am sure it is not often that you receive notes that praise the people you employ - but we just could not miss this opportunity to let you know what a gem you have in Daniel. I hope you will let him know that we deeply appreciated the extra time and attention he gave each of us that day. It was awesome!

I recently encountered the services of Swiss Travel Service while on a Brendan/ Copa Airline Fam. I wanted to write about the exceptional service we received. Fabian was our tour guide with driver Carlos Luis. I have been on many different escorted tours, and thought that these two deserved to be recognized for their excellent service.

Fabian was very professional and represented the company well. Due to the nature of the trip being a fam we have a very tight schedule. Many times Fabian had to round people up who had drifted into gift shops and such making his job of keeping us on schedule very difficult. After a few times of this most people would become annoyed and frustrated. This was never the case for Fabian. He remained positive and respectful throughout. He also was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, animals, and history of the country. There was never a question asked that he did not have an answer to. One of his best traits was his ability to include everyone and make sure everyone felt like an important part of the group. He was thoughtful and considerate of everyone.

All and all these two made the trip to Costa Rica special and memorable. I thought that even though I had done the Swiss Travel Group evaluation form that they deserved special recognition for their excellent service.

My husband and I were recently in your country on a trip planned for us by you and our local travel agency, Four Seasons Travel, in Savannah GA.

All of the people in your company were very good, but two in particular were MOST wonderful and we were fortunate to have them for 4 days. Our drivers name was Misael (we called him Misa) and our guides name was German. They were so friendly and helpful and worked very hard. German is so clever he was able to make certain there were no clouds at Arenal! it was a perfect day. Misa is a terrific driver with a great sense of humor.

We all laughed a lot! Most important, we just had a great time with them, and wanted you to know how special they are, and hope you will let them know.

You have a beautiful country.

Gustavo & Jesus made this trip the great adventure that it was. Gustavo is such a knowledgeable guy and always so willing to find the things out and assist in all ways. We felt that by the time we got to other guided tours, he had already explained so much to us and so accurately.

Both men extremely competent, well trained and professional.

Gustavo was excellent guide, very knowledgeable in all areas, plants, birds and animals. Very informative regarding Costa Rica. Jesus driving was excellent and he mixed well with the group.
