Costa Rica received four awards for quality as tourist destination.
The country was awarded as 2012 WOW Destination, the best destination in Central and South America in 2011.
In addition, the leading destination for leisure and Costa Rican Tourism Board (ICT) was ranked as the best institution in tourism.
According to the authorities of the sector, this motivates to continue promoting the sustainable development, quality of service the conservation of our natural resources.
